​NLRC Legislative Forum

Blacks in Government 2016 Legislative Forum is a platform to receive new pieces of legislation, debate hot button topics, and provide policy updates with foresight in government.  Legislation impacts public policy and the future, this forum is a great platform to exchange ideas and an opportunity to impact America’s future. 

Most recently the NLRC conducted a survey resulting in the TOP FIVE topics that ranked very important to the BIG membership, they are as follows: Voter Suppression, 3rd Grade to Prison, Prison Reform, the Whistleblower Protection Act, and Paycheck Fairness Act.
